Exfoliating Sugar Scrub:

Key Ingredients– (Jojoba Oil and Brown Sugar)

Jojoba oil is deeply moisturizing, while brown sugar helps to exfoliate the skin. Mix together 1/4 cup of jojoba oil with 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 2 drops of lemongrass essential oil. Gently massage onto your face and skin in circular motions. Rinse off with warm water.

Calming Bath Oil

Key Ingredients– (Lemongrass and Lavender Essential Oils)

To make this calming bath oil, mix 1/4 cup of jojoba oil with five drops of lemongrass essential oil and five drops of lavender essential oil. Add the mixture to your bathwater for a calming and relaxing soak. Soak in for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Oatmeal and Yogurt Face Mask 

Key Ingredients– (Oats and Yogurt)

Oatmeal is great for soothing irritated skin, while yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps to exfoliate dead skin cells. Mix together 1 tablespoon of oatmeal with 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and apply to your face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Nourishing Face Mask

Key Ingredients– (Avocado and Banana)

Avocados are rich in healthy fats, while bananas contain vitamin C and antioxidants. Mash together 1/2 an avocado and 1/2 a banana and apply to your face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse off with warm water.

Gentle Cleansing Oil 

Key Ingredients– (Jojoba  and Sweet Almond oil)

To make this cleansing oil, mix 1/4 cup of jojoba oil with 1/4 cup of sweet almond oil, two drops of lemongrass essential oil, and two drops of lavender essential oil. Aloe Vera and Tea Tree Oil Toner

Key Ingredients– (Aloe Vera plant, Tea tree oil)

Aloe vera is great for soothing irritated skin, while tea tree oil has antibacterial properties. Mix together 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel with 5 drops of tea tree oil and apply to your face with a cotton pad after cleansing.

Cucumber and Green Tea Eye Mask

Key Ingredients– (Green Cucumber)

Cucumber is cooling and soothing, while green tea contains antioxidants. Cut two slices of cucumber and soak them in cold green tea for 5-10 minutes. Place the cucumber slices over your eyes and relax for 10-15 minutes.

Coffee Grounds and Coconut Oil Scrub

Key Ingredients– (Coffee, Coconut Oil)

Coffee grounds contain caffeine, which can help to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Mix together 1/4 cup of coffee grounds with 1/4 cup of coconut oil and massage onto your skin in circular motions. Rinse off with warm water.

Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Toner

Key Ingredients– (Apple, Vinegar, Honey)

Apple cider vinegar helps to balance the pH of the skin, while honey is antibacterial. Mix together 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of honey and apply to your face with a cotton pad after cleansing. This one has to be one of our favorites!

Rosewater and Glycerin Face Mist

Key Ingredients– (Water, Glycerin)

Rosewater is great for soothing and hydrating the skin, while glycerin helps to lock in moisture. Mix together 1/4 cup of rosewater with 1 tablespoon of glycerin and pour into a spray bottle. Spritz onto your face throughout the day for a refreshing boost of hydration.
